据乐观预测,到2020年,全州用电负荷也仅在250 300万千瓦之间,除开大型、巨型、超巨型水电站所开发的电力由国家统一购销外,届时中小水电站所开发的电力将形成800万千瓦的供应能力,除在州内销纳300万负荷外,至少还500万千瓦的电力需要异地销纳,因此,将凉山中小型水电资源优势转化为经济优势,把水电资本转化为经济资本,推动凉山中小水电产业健康持续发展的关键在于不断开拓水电营销市场。 |
